We send out invoices for the following month during the last week of the month. Due date is the 1st. This will actually depend on factors such as what form of payment you use and when the first falls on. EX - Customer pays with check. Their next scoop is after the 1st. So we would pick up payment on the next scoop date. We always say, if you can pay a little early, that also helps.

Unless weather doesn't permit us, yes, we will arrive on the same day each scoop. No, on the time-Some days, we may be earlier or later, but rest assured that we try our best to make sure your yard is scooped on your scoop day.

The short answer is -NO. But it's actually a little more complicated than that. If we could not scoop for you, and you are weekly....we may end up scooping twice the following week. If you are Bi weekly, we would just move it to the following week. Unless you tell us that you have scooped, we will assume you still need service.
