Pricing & Service Overview
Please note: All prices displayed are estimates. Because every yard is unique, final pricing is determined during an on-site visit. Factors such as yard size, the number of dogs, and the total amount of waste can cause your actual rate to vary from these estimates.
Billing Policies
We strive to keep our billing simple and transparent. Here is how our process works:
- Customized Quotes: We provide a formal, accurate quote after our initial assessment of your property.
- First-Time Cleaning: A one-time fee is applied to your first visit to account for the initial cleanup of the yard.
- Pro-Rated First Month: Your first month of service is pro-rated based on when you start. For example, if you begin service during the second week of the month, you will be billed for the first-time cleaning fee plus the number of weekly or bi-weekly visits remaining in that month.
- Service-Based Billing: Following your first month, your invoice will reflect the standard monthly rate for the number of scheduled services provided.
